First wash, rinse and chop potato, tomatoes, green chilies and keep ready. Also wash curry leaves.

Take a kadhai or a pan, add oil and heat.As it heats add mustard seeds, curry leaves.Then add green chilies and stir.

Now add potatoes. Mix it well.

Add salt, red chillypowder, turmeric powder. Mix and stir well.Cover the kadhai with a lid and keep heat on low.Let it cook till the potatoes turns soft and cooked well. In between check and stir

By the time take pieces of bread in a bowl and crumple it by using both the hands or you can even cut into small pieces(1/2 inch pieces) and keep aside.

Now as the potatoes are cooked well add chopped tomatoes and mix nicely. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on low heat.Also in between check and stir.

After the tomatoes are cooked well it's time to add crumpled bread.Add bread into the kadhai and mix well using spatula covering all sides.And let it be on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now switch off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves.It's ready to be served hot.

Serve it in a serving plate adding sev on it. It's optional.
