Kanji is usually made with Kali garraz ( black carrot) and with vdal vadas too. If nothing available try Beetroot Kanji. It is equally good in taste.

Kanji is usually made with Kali garraz ( black carrot) and with vdal vadas too. If nothing available try Beetroot Kanji. It is equally good in taste.
Steps

Wash and peel beetroot s into wedges or thin slices.

Take a jar and put all the cut wedges into it.

Now add water and the spices to it.

Give it a stir and place the lid.
- 5
Place it in sun for about 6-7 days and it will get ready.

After a week your kanji is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
