Take both flour in a paraat. Add salt and ghee mix properly this step is v. Important to mix all ing. Very Well. Now add slowly slowly milk and mix and knead a soft dough. with milk. Take oil in a palm and knead again. Keep a side for 30min.

After 30min. Again knead one time. And take one portion and make a mid. ball dust whole wheat flour and roll thin roti like rumali roti. Arrange brick pieces on 3sides and put pan on reverse side.

Heat a pan back side on slow flame for 3-4min. Grease oil with brush. Now roast roti from one side for a min. Turn another side and roast untill bubbles not found. Take 2 kitchen towels gently press and roast on slow flame. Roti is ready in 3-4min.

Now melt butter in micro. Add chaat masala red chilli powder cumin coriander powder mix well. And Applyon a roti sprinkle coriander. Tasty crispy karari roti is ready to serve.
