Add milk powder to it and boil it for 2-3 minutes.

Now turn off the gas flame and let the mixture cool for sometime.

When it cools down add fresh cream to it.

Beat it for some time until it turns frothy and u will see the colour changes and you will find bubbles on it.

Now take a blender and add anjeer to it and make a thick paste of anjeer.

Anjeer gives a crisp taste to the dessert.

You can also add any dry fruits according to your preference.

Add the fig mixture to the milk cream.

Mix it well and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.

It will thicken the paste.

Now once it cools down you can add other dry fruits like pista, cashews, raisins, nuts and mix it well.

You can also garnish those dry fruits over the mixture and serve it cool.
