Spicy maggie with lots of veggies
Steps

Wash and chop all the veggies, add oil in a kadhai add jeera, let it splutter, add all the veggies and spices except coriander and maggi, add 3 tbsp water, mix it well after a saute add 3 cups of water let it boil after a minute add maggi masala.

Later add maggie and mix well, let it cook for 10 minutes and add coriander leaves.

Serve hot with boiled eggs, it tastes awesome.
