In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, semolina, and sugar. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Add the can of table cream and mix well until fully combined. Remove from heat, add the orange blossom water and rose water, and stir. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and let it cool completely.

In the next step, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently stir the can of table cream, then fold it into the whipped cream until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the first layer.

Garnish with chopped pistachios and slices of lemon blossom jam (or your preferred floral jam or candied citrus peel). Serve with simple syrup on the side.
