Since Ramadan started we all are having oily and unhealthy meals. Hence i decided to make something healthy today for seher in order to avoid heartburn❤

Since Ramadan started we all are having oily and unhealthy meals. Hence i decided to make something healthy today for seher in order to avoid heartburn❤
Steps

Heat up oil in a pan and add onions. Fry until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and chicken and cook well until chicken changes colour.

Add chopped tomato and all the spices (salt, cumin powder, red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala powder)and cook well.

Add chopped spinach and increase the flame to medium. Once the water from spinach is released, cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove the lid and cook until oil separates.

Serve hot with boiled brown rice and green salad. Enjoy ❤
