Wash and chop onion and mutton, hari mirchi..heat oil in a cooker add all the ingredients except garam masala and water. Saute well for a minute. Let it cook for 5 minutes add water put whistle for 2-3 whistlles.

After whistle, saute well.add chop potato and coriander.mix and again whistle for 1.

After the whistle again mix, add methi leaves and garam masala powder, let it cook for aminute, and serve
