  1. For cake:
  2. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 3/4 cupgranulated sugar
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 4 tbspcocoa powder
  7. 1 tspvanila essence
  8. 1/2 cupcurd
  9. 1/2 tsp oil
  10. 1/2 cupmilk
  11. 1/4 cupcoffee powder dissolved in water
  12. For dark chocolate:
  13. As required truffle
  14. 250 gramsdark chocolate
  15. 250 mlcream
  16. 1 tbspbutter
  17. Forgarnishing:
  18. As required Colour vermicelli

    Take a bowl add curd,oil,and garnuled sugar mix wit whisker, now add vanilla essence and mix well.

    Now take stainer and add all-purpose flour, baking soda,baking powder and cocoa powder strain into wet mixture add milk and coffee mixture mix properly and pour into greased tin tab it at least 5 to 6 time and put in the preheated for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

    After cake cool completely unmold the cake and cool for while. Meanwhile take a bowl add grated chocolate on it using double boiler when chocolate start melting add cream and mix well when melting and got smooth mixture add butter and turn off the flame.

    Now,take cake sponge divide into two pieces apply simple water on it and apply truffle very well put another sponge on it and apply truffle cover all over and refrigerate at least 30 minutes and after that finish with knife and decorate with some colour vermicili. Cake is ready to serve.
