Take chapati dough.

Make little thick chapatis and keep aside.

In a bowl take chopped potatoes, chopped coriander and chopped onions.

Add salt to taste, chaat masala, red chilli powder, jeera powder and mix well.

Take a chapati and apply mayonnaise on one side.

Keep the potato stuffing nicely and press it lightly with a spoon. Spread tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce on top.

Grate cheese on top.f in

Fold it in half and press it lightly with hands and cook on a pan on medium flame. Put some oil so that it gets crispy.Flip and cook from other side too.

Cut into half and serve. U can also use leftover roti.
