1st make a dough keep a side for 15mins.

STUFFING:- Take a kadai add 1spn oil heat add ginger garlic paste, zeera saute few seconds then add mashed potatoes and dry ingredients with salt mix well.

Make oval shape tikki. Then make chapatti from maida dough cut in square with pizza cutter as shown in pictures.

Then again do cuts 4-5 on half of chapatti tap water all 4 sides then fold as shown in picture.

Then in mid keep oval shape tikki and cheese then fold both side and press 2sides. Give Shape as candy.

See in this picture. Deep golden fry. Ready to eat Superb delicious POTATO CANDY. Serve with chutney or sauce.
