Steps

Soaked kala chana whole night in water.

Boil kala chana in water and add little bit salt 10 minutes. After get out of the water and cool iy down.

Now take a bowl add boiled kala chana add cornflour in it and mix it well.

Deep fry it.

Take a pan. Add 1spoon oil,garlic,green chillii after 2minuted add chopped patta gobhi,shimla mirch onion, red chilli soauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce,til, black pepper, salt as per taste. Mix it well and add fried kala chana.mix it well again.

Add coriander and green onion fro garnishing. Now it ready to eat.
