Cut the dry coconut and onion, then roast dry coconut,peanut,sesame seed, coriander,zeera1tsp,onion, let them cool peel peanut skin, then grind into a smooth puree ina blender. Heat medium oil in a wok, add zeera, curry leaves,add mutton saute well for minute.

After sauted, add ginger garlic paste, salt, haldi, mix add masala and mirchi powder, mix well for a minute,add 1cup water mix and cover the lid for 15 minutes, in between saute it to stop sticky.

Cook masala till oil separates, after 15 minutes add tamarind water mix well add water, let it simmer and cook for 20 minutes, add hari mirchi and coriander.. serve hot
