Firstly, in a pan dry roast moong dal, add fennel seeds,add cumin seeds.now grind it in a mixer jar and powder them.In a pan add oil, add chopped onion, add coriander, add green chilli, add gram flour

Now add moong dal powder mix well, add red chilli powder, add salt mix it well properly. Now stuffing is ready. Firstly,in a large mixing bowl add all-purpose flour,add carom seeds, add salt and mix it.

In addition, add water little by little and knead to form a dough.

Cover them for 15 mins. Now pinch a small lemon sized ball and flatten it. Now scoop of 1 tbsp of moong dal stuffing.get the edges together and form a bundle.

Furthermore,gently press the edges and flatten.

Deep fry kachoris, then press with the spoon to puff up. Moong dal kachori is ready.serve with chutney and curd.
