Ingredients

  • 500 gminced beef
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 2table spoons of milk
  • 1garlic clove minced
  • 5 tablespoonsbread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cream sauce
  • 1 1/2table spoons of flour
  • 5butter cubes
  • 2 tbssoya sauce
  • 1 tbsDijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 125 gdouble cream
  • 100 gmilk (or acc. To thickness preference)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients of the meat ball

  2. 2

    Shape them as balls

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for 1/2 hour

  4. 4

    Fry them in a pan on a medium heat until well-done

  5. 5

    Keep them aside in a plate

  6. 6

    Make the sauce by adding the butter first then the flour and finally the milk and the rest of ingredients.

  7. 7

    Stir well until thickened

  8. 8

    Return the meatballs back into the saucepan for 1 min on medium heat then serve
