  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • oil for frying

    Sub sy pehle tamam vegetables ko slices main cut kar lein

    Aub vegetables main ginger garlic, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, soya sauce. Chilli sauce, vinegar add krein aur mix kar lein

  3. 3

    ,aub besan aur corn flour add kar ke mix krein bohot thora sa pani add kar ke mixture ready kar lein

  4. 4

    Aub oil garam krein aur medium flem par pakoray golden hone tak fry kar lein aur kesi bhi sauce ya tomato ketchup ke sath serve kar dein
