Wash all the protein i.e (kpomo,fish, tozo meat).

Place the tozo meat in a pot and season with Maggi, garlic, ginger, onion and salt add little water then put on the fire for 15 minutes.

Add fish to cook in the same put for 5 minutes then add the kpomo into the same put for just 3 minutes to also allow ingredients into the kpomo too.

Strain the cooked protein to remove stock, then heat 1 milk cup veg. Oil and fry fish and meat only.do not fry the kpomo.

Blend pepper, onion, tatashe, Tomatoes and atarudo. Pour into a pot allow to boil for 10 minutes.

Add plam oil,the remaining veg oil, season and add the stock tumeric, then correct seasoning allow to stew by reducing the heat until oil comes out of the stew.

Then add your cooked kpomo, and also add the fried meat and fish, allow for just 3 minutes then serve.
