Ingredients

6 -8 slices
  • 150 goats
  • 175 gcarrot, grated
  • 175 gcheddar cheese, grated
  • 1egg, beaten
  • pinchdried herbs
  • butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180oC

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix everything except the butter

    Press into a 20cm square lined tin

    Dot butter on top and bake for 25min until set and brown
