Paneer pakora
A very popular evening snack.
Steps

Cut the paneer into the desired shape. Sprinkle chat masala and red chilli powder. Keep aside.

Heat the oil in the pan to low flame. Meanwhile, take a mixing bowl. Add besan, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ajwain. Mix well.

Add water to make thick but pouring consistency of batter.

When oil is hot enough dip the paneer piece into the batter and gently put it in a pan.

Stir gently. Fry till it becomes golden on both sides. Drain it on tissue paper.

Serve hot pakora with sauce or green chutney.
