Ingredients

  1. Tortillas (store bought)
  2. Fish fingers (Baked in the oven)
  3. Shredded lettuce
  4. Diced tomatoes
  5. Thinly Diced onions
  6. Grated cheddar cheese (optional)
  7. Dressing of your choice
  8. Salt and pepper to season

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the tortillas and fish fingers(bake option) according to the instructions at the back of the pack.

  2. 2

    Start by layering the tortilla with 2 fish fingers in a line, add your shredded lettuce on top of the fish fingers, add some tomatoes + onions seasoned with salt and pepper. Add the dressing of your choice then the grated cheddar cheese on top.

  3. 3

    Fold up your tortilla and toast with the cheese side down on a hot pan to seal up the edges. Enjoy.
