Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1green capsicum
  • 2carrots
  • 2spring onions
  • 3seedless tomatoes
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupAjab flour
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4cooking oil
  • 1 bunchcorriander/ ground corriander
  • favourite spice
  • 350 mlmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare your ingredients and cut them into small cube shapes, carrots you can grate them.

    Beat your eggs in a separate bowl and add a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Sieve flour in a bowl and put in your dry ingredients. i,e, your green capsicum, tomatoes carrots

  4. 4

    Add in your beaten eggs and pour in your milk and whisk till all your ingredients combine well.

    Pour in 1 tspoon of cooking oil into your puncake mixture and mix.

  6. 6

    Preheat your frying pan and sprinkle oil,

    Pour in yuor puncake mixture to the preheated pan and cook.

    Serve when cold with Tea.Enjoy
