Channa Masala

Soak the Channa for 8hours and pressure cook it for 5 whistle.

Grind a paste with one hand of boiled Channa. keep it side.

Heat the pan and add butter to sauté cardamom, beyleaf and cinnamon stick. Then add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Stir it well.

Add tomato paste and mix well. Then add all masala powder and stir well. Add salt as required.

Add cooked Channa with 2cup of water in gravy. Boil it for 5-8mins. Finally add the Channa paste in the gravy. Mix well and cook for next 3mins.

Once the gravy thicken switch off the flame. Then add dry mango powder and kasuri methi. Serve hot with roti, battura and kulcha.
