In non stick skillet put oil on medium heat

Crack the eggs open one at a time, and carefully drop each egg into the pan and lower heat, sprinkle some salt.cook for 3 minutes

When the egg white begins to set, turn the eggs. Cover, cook for 3 minutes. Turn off heat. Leave covered for another 4 minutes till yolk is completely set. Serve warm.

Serve with favorite salad or bread.
