Chocolate peanut butter cookies yummy

I found this recipe on the Betty Crocker website and really loved it, I just add vanilla and make them slightly different than it says, here's my version.

I saw the recipe going around for chocolate chip cookies stuffed with Oreos and thought I would try something similar. What I ended up making was one of the best cookies I've ever had.

I love these. They're definitely a tradition in my family. My Mom made these with my siblings and me and now I get to make these with my daughter. Very awesome.

I needed an easy "on demand" cookie recipe...

1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 pinch of salt

This is my take on the popular 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies and I do strongly believe the extra ingredients are worth it. They are delicious.
