1 cupsugar
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupoil
3/2 cupwheat flour
1/2 teaspoonvanilla
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1 teaspooncocoa powder

Cover inside of the pan with a parchment paper.

Have your ingredients at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 160℃ (320°F) for 15 min.

Whip up eggs and sugar and vanilla for 5 min with high speed, next add oil and milk and just mix them. Then turn off the device.

After mixing wheat flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, sift them for 2 or 3 times. Sifting lets air go through the powder. It makes your cake softer.

Now mix everything with a kitchen scraper. Try to move your hand in circles.

Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool the pan for 15 minutes. Then remove the cake and cool it completely.

You can now design with chocolate, fruits, etc.
