7- 8 servings
  • 10Eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Spices
  • Seasoning
  • Onions
  • Green/red pepper
  • Chilli
  • Carrots
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop ur onions, peppers, carrots.

    Stir fry in a little oil for a while

    Add up ur whisked eggs and seasoning/spices and continue to stir to scramble the eggs

    Then add 3 table spoon of mayo and 2-3 of ketchup for little sweet taste.

    Mix and allow for 2 min then serve

    Am serving with my homemade buns bread, you can use it for pancakes or shawarma spread or with ur flat bread (naan,paratha.etc) or even pasta and co...
