#dals Stuffed Parathas are always a favourite of everyone and when the kids are fussy eaters, mommy's come up with these super idea's. Isn't it ? I mostly make dal paratha whenever there is a leftover dal, but this one I wanted to try with dill leaves and paired with moong dal as they make good combo. So do ready the recipe😋

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupBoiled Moong dal
  • 1 cupchopped dill leaves
  • 1Onion small finely chopped
  • 1 tspGinger finely chopped
  • 1 tspGreen chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  • 1/2 tspChaat Masala
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededCoriander leaves
  • As neededButter
  • As neededWheat Flour
  • As neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Wheat Flour and salt together. Pour water and make smooth dough. Apply oil,close and keep aside until you prepare the filling.

    Heat a pan with oil and spluter cumin. Add the onions, green chillies and ginger. Saute until translucent. Add salt and all spice powders. Add the dill leaves and cook for few minutes. Mix the dal and mix everything well. Cook until the water in dal evaporates and forms like a halwa consistency. Check seasonings and Coriander Leaves. Keep aside to cool.

    Now take a portion of the dough and roll into s small circle and place the filling. Seal and roll it again to a paratha. Heat a griddle and cook the paratha from both sides. Apply butter and serve hot😋
