Ingredients

2 pieces of egg
  1. 2eggs
  2. 2cups urad daal(250gms)
  3. 1teaspoon Baking soda
  4. Salt tastewise
  5. Chopped onion
  6. Chopped ginger
  7. Chopped garlic
  8. leaves Chopped coriander
  9. leaves Chopped curry
  10. Chopped tomato
  11. Chopped green chillies
  12. Coriander powder
  13. Cumin powder
  14. Sabji masala
  15. Water
  16. Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly I prepared uttapam batter by granding urad daal in mixi. I added water & made one liquid texture. I have chopped green veggies & kept aside. I have heated the pan & put some oil in it. I have started to fry the plain uttapam firstly.

    Then I have kept this uttapam like that for 4-5 minutes & then put one egg on it. I put vegetable 🥗 on this uttapam.

    Then after 2-3 minutes I have changed the side of uttapam & fried it.Fried for another 5 minutes.

    Again I have changed the side & kept for 5-6 minutes in low flame.Finally the uttapam is ready to serve with chutney.
