Ingredients

20 mins
  • 1.5 tbspolive oil
  • 3-4red onions, slices
  • Generous pinch of Salt
  • 3garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 3 tspsumac

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and salt. Sauté on a medium heat for 10-15 mins til soft.

  2. 2

    Add the garlic. Cook for 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Stir in the sumac. Serve and enjoy 😋
