Grind onion, soaked cashew, badam and poppy seeds.

Cut paneer and deep fry in oil. Put fried panner in water to become soft.

Put 3 spoon oil and ghee. Add masala items and add slit chillies to it.

Add Onion paste fry nicely till oil comes out. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry till raw smell goes.

Add cashew paste and curd it will start sticking mix well without leaving your hand.

Add curd mix well. Finally add milk. Press paneer in hands to remove excess water add to the gravy. Add crushed kasurimethi. Now it's ready to serve.
