Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuppurpose flour (maida)
  • 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tbspsemolina (suji)
  • 50 gramssalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 2-3 pinchcardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all we will make butter and sugar mix properly to light and fluffy.

  2. 2

    After then we will add all dry ingredients by stainer.

  3. 3

    Make soft batter and a piping bag with star nozzles.

    Preheated oven for 10 minutes 170 temperature. For 25 minutes. Butter cookies are ready
