Sieve the dry ingredients (maida,baking soda and baking powder, sugar powder) keep aside.

Now preheat oven to 180c for 10 minutes. And grease the cake pot with oil and dust the meida all over pot keep aside.

Now take a bowl add wet ingredients (gulkand, ghee, curd)mix it well with the help of whisker. Then add dry ingredients and vanilla extract. Mix it.

Now add milk and mix it cut and fold method. The batter constentity is silky. Now transfer the better in the cake pot. Tap the pot and decorate with tutti frutti, puppy seeds chopped dry nuts and press it.

Now bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Yummy gulkand cake is ready to eat.

Note :- all ingredients are in room temperature.
