Mango agar agar pudding

In a pan, add a little water with agar agar and heat it until the agar agar is dissolved.

Heat the milk in another pan.

Add the mango in the mixer jar and grind well.

Once the milk is hot, add the sugar and vanilla essence and mix well.

Then add the dissolved agar agar, mango and stir well.
- 6
When everything mixes well, cool slightly and pour into small tumblers and keep on the bridge for 4 hours until thickened.
