Cut your beef into sizable sizes and wash your beef very well...

In a sufuria... pour in your meat and add 1 cup of water... leave it to boil...

When all the water is dried up.. let it cool..

Slice your onions. In a non-stick pan...pour in oil(be generous 😅 with your oil)don't pour too much oil..just enough.. but not too little...when it's ready..add in the sliced onions...

Then add the garlic paste and chillies... Stir till it's Starts to turn golden brown...then add in your beef..stir in the Onion mixture...till it's start to turn brown too...then add in your pilau masala and salt...stir very well..till the beef mixture starts turning dark brown... don't let it burn...

Then add in your rice and stir...add in 6 cups of water...stir and let it boil...

When the water starts to finish up...cover it and let it simmer on low heat for 7 minutes...

Then open the lid and gently stir... mixing the rice with the floating beef and onions using a fork..

Then cover it and let it simmer till all the water is dried up...

Serve with Kachumbari and some coastal pilipili ya kukaangwa (pepper sauce 😋)...
