100 gmsoats
150 gmswheat fluor
50 gmsjaggery
1 cupgrated coconut
1/2 tspbaking soda
as per tasteSalt

Grind oats to powder in mixie.

Add jaggery, grated coconut, water and grind.

Add wheat fluor, water,baking soda and salt.
4

Let the consistency of the batter be flowing. Rest for 5 mins.

Put pancakes by drizzling oil on the non stick pan. Enjoy.
