Here, im preparing califlower using masala.lets see how its prepare.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2cauliflower
  2. 1/2onion
  3. 1tomato(medium size)
  4. leavesChopped mint
  5. 1/4 tbspMustard seeds
  6. Turmeric powder
  7. Chicken powder
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the cauliflower for at least 5 min.(don't overcook)

  2. 2

    Heat the non-stick pan.Add three tablespoons of vegetable oil (heat the oil).

    Add mustard seeds and let it the popup.
    Add onion saute until its cook.

  4. 4

    After that, add tomato and cook until its smash.
    Add salt as per your taste.

  5. 5

    Put boiled cauliflower into the pan and mixed it.
    Add the following items for a required amount(turmeric powder, chicken powder, chili powder).

    Let it cook for another 10 min. Stir between 2min once

  7. 7

    Enjoy with white rice!
