This is an amazing innovation. Baking a whole tray of Lasagne could be pretty time-consuming , but these roll ups have made our life easier. They can be done fairly quickly. Whoever has done that, it has definitely helped all of us bakers and homecooks a lot. I have always loved these little beauties and I make sure that these are made for every kids party. And now these are made by me for Iftaar time too as it's filling and a complete meal in itself. Try these beautiful looking little one's for your families and friends.

Steps
- 1
In a cooking pot, cook minced mutton, onion and garlic over medium heat until well browned. Stir in tomatoes pureed along with some tomato paste too.
- 2
Season with Parsley or Coriander, Italian seasoning, Salt and Pepper. Simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°Celsius.
- 3
In another large pot, bring water to a boil and add a generous amount of salt. Boil your lasagne sheets al dente (to be firm to the bite). You don't want it to be mushy. Set your lasagna sheets aside.
- 4
Once everything is cool enough to be handled, start by placing a generous amount of filling in the center. Carefully, fold the sheet enough so that everything is well covered.
- 5
Do so with all the sheets. As a final step, gently place some Mozzarella over each and sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan. Bake these for about 12-15 minutes or till the Cheese has melted. Serve hot.
