Ingredients

  1. 3 cups7up soda
  2. 2 cupssoya sauce
  3. 2 cupsvinegar
  4. 2 cupsbrown sugar
  5. 8thai chili, minced
  6. 3/4-1 cup(yes 1 cup) minced garlic
  7. 2 cupsoyster sauce
  8. 1/3 cupsesame oil
  9. 2 tbsblack pepper
  10. 1 cupketchup
  11. 5-6 poundspork butt(or pork loin) sliced thin

Cooking Instructions

    Literally mix everything in a large bowl

  2. 2

    Pour marinade over pork. Let marinade 24 hr

  3. 3

    BBQ on propane or charcoal grill.

  4. 4

    You can skewer the meat (my fave way) or place into Portuguese bun as I have done here and press on panini press 🤤

  5. 5

    Freeze the raw marinated pork up to 5 months in ziploc freezer bags
