Garlic Honey-Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients

5-10 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 8thin cut pork chops
  2. Marinade
  3. 2 TBSminced garlic
  4. 2 TBSdijon mustard
  5. 1 TBSstone ground mustard
  6. 3 TBShoney
  7. 1 halffresh juiced orange
  8. 2 tspblack pepper
  9. 2 tspsea salt
  10. 1 TBSDried sweet basil leaves
  11. 1 TBSsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all marinade ingredients in bowl/container large enough to hold it and pork chops. Optional: set aside some of marinade to put on chops when serving!

    Add pork chops to marinade. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24hrs.

    Pull pork chops out of refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking

    Grill/pan fry/bake until cooked through.

  5. 5

    Optional: serve with set aside marinade. Do not use with marinade pork was in unless you heat it to about 160*!
