Hara bhara pratha is a paratha made up of green onions also called as spring onions mixed with wheat flour. These parathas can be served for breakfast with pickle or fresh curd.

Hara bhara pratha is a paratha made up of green onions also called as spring onions mixed with wheat flour. These parathas can be served for breakfast with pickle or fresh curd.

Steps

Add the chopped spring onions along with ginger, green chili, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, ajwain seeds, mangraila and salt.

Mix the flour with spring onions and spices(above).

Add ¼ to ⅓ cup water in parts and then begin to first mix and then knead the dough. Add water only if required as onions release water.Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes, then form small to medium sized balls from the dough.

Dust the dough ball with some flour. Gently roll to a triangular shape. Heat a tawa, place the paratha on it cook by applying ghee both sides by flipping the parathas.
