  • 1 handfulMint leaves
  • 1/2Lemon juice
  • 1/4Sugar
  • 3 piecesGinger
  • 1/4Ice
  • 75 cl (1 bottle)Sprite

Steps

35-45mins
  1. 1

    In a mortar add 1handful mint leaves,add sugar,ginger,add lime juice and using a pistle crush everything together to bring out the mint flavor

    Sieve the ginger mixtures you've crushed earlier and then add Sugar. Refrigerate and set aside

    In a serving glass cup add lots of crushed ice blocks and then add a pinch of mint leaves.

    Add the ginger mixtures you've sieved and refrigerate

    Add the Chilled sprite

    And garnish with some lime slices and then Serve Chilled.
