  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 ClovesGarlic
  • 20 gmmustard
  • For dressing :-
  • 1/2 clovesgarlic
  • 20 gmonion
  • 20 gmparsley
  • 10 gmchives
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tbspred wine vinegar
  • 1 tbspyogurt
  • 3 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • For salad :-
  • 200 gmmix Leaves
  • 1cucumber
  • 10no. Cherry tomato
  • 20 gmEnoki mushrooms
  • 3small beetroots
  • 20 gmEdmame
  • 1orange
  • 2spring corriander

  1. 1

    For dressing all mix togetger in mixer, until it has thick Consistency.

    Marinate for 4 to 6 hours and grill the meat for 10 mins.

    Dress the salad, cut and arrange the meat. Sprinkle some smoked paprika.
