Soak urad dal for 4 hours. Grind along with green chillies and salt.

Remove the batter from the jar add Suji and little amount of water. Mix well keep aside for 1 hour.

Heat the appe Pan, add some oil, in each mould add some mustard seeds, Curry Patta and urad dal,allowed to crackle, then pour batter into it with help of spoon, turn it once it's done then brush some more oil.
