For this long quarantine, today we have a delicious and easy recipe to brighten up your meat dish—very simple and straightforward. You can also make it with chicken, but the cooking time will be different since chicken usually cooks faster. The wine gives the meat a lot of flavor, but you can also use beer or leave it out—it's up to your taste. Without further delay, let's get to what matters.

Steps

  1. 1

Cook for 25 minutes, then add the potatoes cut into chunks and the carrot sliced into rounds. Continue cooking, making sure the potatoes don't overcook. At the end, add the green peppers. The aroma is wonderful, and the wine gives the meat a special touch.
