  1. 1 cupfine semolina
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 table spoonBesan
  4. as neededWater
  5. 1/4 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  6. 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  7. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
  8. 1/4 cupfinely chopped tomato
  9. 2green chillies finely cut
  10. As neededsalt
  11. 1 tspcumin
  12. As neededghee

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare smooth batter using 1 cup semolina, 1/2 cup curd,1 tablespoon besan, salt and water as per thick consistency required (dosa consistency) prepare, cover it and keep aside for 20min and meanwhile cut all vegetables.

    Heat a dosa pan and using a deep laddel pour batter and spread it in shape of mini dosa, add a pinch of jeera, and add chopped vegetables one by one as required, spread ghee along the outer edge

    Lower the flame and let it cook for 2-3 min,using spetula slowly try to lift the uttapam and flip it on other side, cook for another 2 min, once done take it out in a plate and serve with coconut chutney, chutney pudi or any chutney of your choice.it tastes awesome
