Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssemolina
  2. 11/2 cup curd
  3. 1 packeteno
  4. To tastesalt
  5. as neededOil
  6. As requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Put semolina,curd,salt and some water in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Keep aside this batter for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    After 30 minutes add eno and mix well.

  4. 4

    Heat oil on non stick tawa pour some batter and make uttapam
    Shallow fry from both sides.

  5. 5

    Serve with chutney/aloo ki sabji.
