Buttercream vanilla cupcakes

In a mixing bowl add oil, sugar, milk, curd, vanilla essence and mix until smooth.

Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.

Scoop the batter into the cupcake liners. You end up with exactly 6 cupcakes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree temperature for 20 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely at room temperature.

For buttercream frosting

In a bowl add butter and beat the butter on medium speed until smooth.

Add in the powdered sugar and mix until smooth and creamy.

Lastly add in milk, vanilla essence and beat for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Buttercream frosting is ready.
