Cut the potatoes in small cubes

Fry chopped onion in 3-4 tablespoon oil. Add tomatoes and cover the pan. Cook tomatoes on low flame

Add red chilli powder, salt and haldi powder. Add potatoes and cook on low flame.

When potatoes become soft add green chillies, hara dhaniya and egg and cook it on low flame.

After 5 minutes turn off tha flame and enjoy tasty aloo anday ki bhujia with crispy prathas 😍😍
