My daughter want something to eat with milk..... So tried this healthy and delicious and crispy recipe

First take ghee /dalda in solid form; add maida to it and mix it till it becomes smooth paste and keep it aside.

Take atta +2tsf oil+2tsf salt.... And make a hard dough. Make a roll and cut it into 6 equal parts.

Make 6 very thin chapatis (transparent)

Now take a plate and place 1st chapati and apply thin layer maida paste and sprinkle dry maida over it........ Repeat this step till 6th chapati.

Repeat the same step on top of 6th chapati and fold it by applying paste in shape of square ⬜

Keep that folded chapattis layers.... In refrigerator for 15min. Then take it out and roll lightly with rollers slight pressure and then cut it into cubes.

Heat the oil in kadai and on medium flame fry the cubes till crispy brown to make delicious 😋 atta khari. Serve it or with tea as snack.
