Mix All 3flour in a paraat. Grate bottle gourd. Chopped spinach green chilli carrot and cabbage. And add in a flour. Add ginger garlic paste oil salt fennelseeds powder and curd mix well.

Now take one bowl grease with oil.Pre heat steamer. Pour batter in a bowl. Sprinkle red chilli powder and sessme seeds. Close the lid and steam for 15min. On mid. Flame.

After 15min. Check and Take out from steamer let it cool.and demould cut in a traiangle pieces.

Now Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds splutter. Add asofoetida and arrange all pieces in a pan like pizza. saute both sides on slow flame. Tasty healthy Mix Vegetables Dhokla is ready to serve. Serve with coriander chutney.
